The Vehicle Restoration Co was founded in February 1986 in workshop premises in Middleton On Sea, West Sussex by Tim Collins who had started restoring Classic Cars and Motorbikes with his family at the age of 14. Prior to starting the Business and after serving his apprenticeship,
